Shipping

COVID-19 impact on shipping:
All orders are shipped within 1 business day. We are still seeing delays for packages shipped with US Postal Service (USPS). See details below. For customers outside US and Canada, we also encourage you to inquire with our regional resellers.

Domestic (USA) shipping status:
Shipping and delivery times for most shipments appear to be unaffected currently. Please note that specific areas may experience delivery delays based on local conditions.

International shipping status:
International packages may be delayed in transit. We still see 1-2 week delays in outbound airports. In addition some countries may experience longer than usual customs processing times.

Please note that as the COVID-19 situation develops, international delivery speed and availability is variable and subject to change quickly. As part of COVID-19 prevention measures, some countries have limited available shipping options or have halted inbound shipping altogether. We will contact you if we are not able to ship your order with the shipping option that you've selected.

Processing

All orders are shipped from Redmond, WA, in the United States. We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 1 business day. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. No orders will be processed during holidays. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an e-mail within 1 business day to advise you of the situation.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are based on weight. Shipping for US orders starts at $3, Canada is as low as $10, the rest of the world as low as $13.80. For a detailed quote, add your item to the cart, click on checkout, enter your address and select the preferred shipping method.

Note: For international shipping, VAT and other import or handling fees may be applied by your local courier. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We will always declare the purchase price excl. shipping.

While we do ship internationally, also consider ordering from our local distributors, especially if you are located in the EU. Click here for a list where our products are available.

Tracking
We ship with US Postal Service First Class Mail, DHL Express or UPS. International shipping with First Class Mail delivery is very reliable, however end-to-end tracking is only available for a few countries and processing by local customs may take some time. Please contact us if you have special shipping requirements.

Fulfillment from within the EU
We know that customs processing in some EU countries can take a long time and may include costly surprises. For the dAISy 2+, we now offer the option to ship your order from the EU. The price markup includes 21% VAT and a reasonable fee for our local distributor. Orders that select this option will be shipped as registered mail from Poland and typically will be delivered within 7 working days. This option includes an EU invoice, 2 year EU warranty with EU service and replacement.

From past experience, we highly recommend this option for our customers in Germany, Portugal and Greece. Ask us if you'd like to have other products fulfilled through this option.
