Processing

All orders are shipped from Redmond, WA, in the United States. We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 1 business day. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. No orders will be processed during holidays. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an e-mail within 1 business day to advise you of the situation.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are based on weight. Shipping for US orders starts at $5, Canada is as low as $10, the rest of the world as low as $17. For a detailed quote, add your item to the cart, click on checkout, enter your address and select the preferred shipping method.

Import Charges

For international orders, VAT and other import, brokerage, and handling fees may be applied and invoiced by your local courier. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Fees vary by country, carrier, and order value, ranging from less than $10 to several $100, with couriers like UPS and DHL charging more than regular postal service. Please research this topic before placing an order to avoid expensive surprises.

We will always declare the full invoice amount on customs forms.

While we do ship worldwide, also consider ordering from our local distributors, especially if you are located in the EU. Click here for a list of our resellers.

From past experience, we highly recommend using EU distributors for customers in Portugal and Greece to avoid delays and/or exorbitant processing fees.

Tracking
We ship with US Postal Service (USPS), DHL Express and UPS. International shipping with First Class Mail delivery is very reliable, however end-to-end tracking is only available for a few countries and processing by local customs may take some time. Please contact us if you have special shipping requirements.

Customer Shipping Account
We can ship orders using your FedEx account. If you'd like to do so, please provide your FedEx account number in the field "Special Instructions" on the shopping cart page, and use the discount code FEDEXACCT during checkout.

This option is only available for FedEx. Unfortunately, we can't ship on customer accounts for UPS or DHL. Please contact us if you want to provide your own shipping label.
